In true Retail Racing style, the event provided the opportunity to make high-level retail connections with industry peers and suppliers. Held at InterContinental, O2, one of the best luxury hotels in our great capital, our Christmas bash provided a great environment for making valuable professional connections in the world of retail.
The event kicked off with curated meetings. This is one of the best ways to connect with key prospects and build a pipeline with some of the greatest retailers in London and the south of England. Community is at the heart of the Retail Racing ethos and therefore all of our events commence with a series of curated introductions, providing retailers with the opportunity to meet solution and software partners and share their challenges and projects for the year ahead. Retail Racing is an exclusive event attended by senior digital decision-makers from leading retailers and top retail brands. Typical roles are Directors of or Heads of Digital, eCommerce, Product and Innovation, alongside some CIO’s and CEO’s.
The action really got started when we hit the tracks! Guests had the opportunity to compete in a series of races to qualify for the Grand Prix final. We find all guests get involved and love to experience the high adrenaline world of karting, getting behind the wheel to drive a kart around a track. It’s a full-on action-packed racing day with live timing, as guests competed to win the coveted Retail Racing Annual Karting Trophy!
Once racing was complete, we headed back to The InterContinental, O2, where guests freshened up and indulged in a lavish networking dinner.This relaxed evening allowed guests to network and socialise while having plenty of fun. Our London 2021 Christmas bash was a unique retail networking opportunity to build new relationships and create unforgettable experiences.
